2257 Policy

Each and every person who appears in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit behavior found on this website or elsewhere contained therein was at least eighteen years old at the time the visual depiction was created.

All other visual representations on this website are exempt from the requirements of 18 USC section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because they only show non-sexually explicit nudity, simulate sexual activity, or are otherwise exempt because they were created before July 3, 1995, and do not show conduct that is specifically prohibited by 18 USC section 2256(2)(A) through (D) (D).

All persons who participated in the development of any and all visual representations on this website, whether such representations represent actual or simulated sexual activity or otherwise, were at least 18 years of age.

The owners or operators of this website are not the principal producers (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257) of any visual content on it.
